Apprenticeship Guidelines

Apprentices must complete 300 classroom hours and 4000 hours work hours to graduate to journeyman status. 

Apprentices are expected to take 150 classroom hours the first winter and 150 classroom hours the second winter to cover the 300 hours to graduate. The 4000 hours of field experience is expected to be completed within 4 years. 

Apprentices are on a probationary period throughout the entire program and can be terminated at any time. 

Apprentices are subject to random drug tests as well.
